Eye Bags – How to Get Rid of Bags Under Eyes

Eye bags?? It´s your problem?? Don´t worry!! All the problem have a solution!!

You can have a natural eye bag removal by changing your diet, lifestyle and by religiously doing facial exercises ten to fifteen minutes a day.
Eye bags can be caused by:
- Loss of skin elasticity due to aging
- Droopy cheek muscles
- Sinus infection or allergic rhinitis
- Thyroid or kidney problem
- Fatigue and lack of sleep
- Hormonal imbalances
- Food and dust allergies
- Iron deficiency
- Caffeine addiction
- Smoking
- Menstruation
- Pregnancy
- Overworked eye muscles in the case of people with vision problems

Pay attencion! Tips!

1. Eat whole foods as much as possible. Consume fruit and vegetables.
Vitamin A, C and B6 are very important!

2. Keep yourself well hydrated by drinking enough water each day.

3. Avoid drink alcohol and coffee.

4. Sleeping for seven to eight hours

5. And... the cold cucumber remedy (Proven!!)
                           
Slice a cucumber and freeze 2 slices for half an hour.
After thirty minutes have elapsed get the 2 cucumber slices from the freezer. Lie down and place both on closed eyes for fifteen minutes.


Natural remedies are the best, but if you also want a recommendation of any product that goes well ... try this cream:

    This is a very useful blog entry.

    I think I read somewhere that the cucumber effect is possible thanks to the water that it contains.
